One Geek Press ("we", "us") is the printables storefront of Multi-Class Holdings LLC. It sells printable tabletop RPG play aids — session notes, prep sheets, trackers, journals — as digital downloads. This policy covers One Geek Press only; our general privacy policy covers the apps published under the Ink & Iron Apps brand.
We collect no personal information about you, because we have nothing to collect it with. One Geek Press has no website of its own, no accounts, no checkout, no newsletter, no contact form and no server you ever connect to. Every sale happens on a marketplace, and the marketplace holds the relationship with you.
Our products are sold on Etsy. Etsy runs the storefront, the checkout and the download, and Etsy is the merchant of record: your name, address, payment details and account are held by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy, not by us. We see only what Etsy shows a seller about an order in its own seller tools, and we use that only to fulfil and support that order. We never export it, build a customer list from it, or use it to market to you.
The only way to reach us about an order is Etsy Messages. Those messages live in Etsy's system; we read and reply to them there, and we do not move their contents anywhere else.
The products are inert files — PDFs and spreadsheets, meant to be downloaded and printed. They contain no tracking of any kind, report nothing back to us, and need no network connection to use. Where a PDF has fillable fields, those fields are ordinary form fields that stay in your copy of the file on your own device; nothing you type into one is sent anywhere.
Pinterest is outbound only. We publish pins that link to our Etsy listings, and we read the list of our own boards so that a pin lands on the right one. That is the whole of it. We do not retrieve analytics, and we receive no information of any kind about the people who see or save our pins. What Pinterest itself collects from them is governed by Pinterest's own privacy policy.
We may list the same products on other marketplaces, such as DriveThruRPG or itch.io. The arrangement there is the same one described above — the marketplace holds the buyer relationship and we see only what it shows a seller. If we ever sell directly, so that information reaches us rather than a marketplace, this policy will be updated to say exactly what we collect before that happens.
Our products are play aids for a general audience and are not directed at children. Buying happens on Etsy, under Etsy's own terms and age requirements, and we collect nothing from anyone directly, children included.
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing on our side to show you, correct or delete. For the information Etsy holds about your purchase — or Pinterest about your use of Pinterest — use that company's own privacy settings and requests, since they are the ones holding it. If you want to ask us anything about this policy, write to us using the details below and we will answer.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. A change in what we collect will be described here before it takes effect, not after.
